We don’t care what brand you ride—we just want you to ride

Usually, simple things stop us from riding—a flat tire, poorly adjusted brakes, a squeaky chain. Join us at any participating Specialized Retailer on October 26th, and our experts will be ready tofix these common issues for free.

Common Issue Service

Specific service can vary by bike or location, but may include:

  • Flat Tire
  • Precision adjustment of brakes or derailleurs
  • Chain adjusted, wiped down or lubed
  • Adjust handlebars/grip
  • True Wheel
  • Inspection of bolts and proper torque
  • Check tire pressure and sealant level

  • Outride has proven we’ll light up 1 million brains, delivering significant social, emotional,and cognitive benefits.
  • We’ll reduce global carbon emissions by 438 million kilograms of CO2.
  • We’ll burn 25 billion calories.
  • We’ll reduce screen time by 66.6 million hours.
  • We’ll equal the CO2 reduction of planting 7,242,368 trees.

Terms & Conditions

  • The Reduce, Reuse, Re Specialized program (ReSpecialized Program) is available at participating Specialized Retailers and will only be held on October 26, 2024.

  • The ReSpecialized Program is limited to select services, which may or may not include flat tirerepair, minor brake and shifting adjustment and repair, component and part lubrication, and othersimilar minor repairs required to service the bicycle and as determined by the participating Specialized Retailer. While the bike owner (Rider) is not charged for the select services offered under the ReSpecialized Program, the Rider is responsible for the cost of parts, which can bepurchased at the participating Specialized Retailer.

  • For services and repairs not covered under the ReSpecialized Program, such as minor and major tune-ups and replacement of cables or other componentry, the Rider can schedule the service with the participating Specialized Retailer. The Rider agrees to pay for the services and repairs rendered and any parts required for the service and repair provided.

  • Each participating Specialized Retailer reserves the right to determine what services and repairs are offered under the ReSpecialized Program and what services and repairs are beyond the scope of the ReSpecialized Program.**Numbers based on moderate riding of only 20km per week for one year between 15 to 20kph.
